Free Peer Tutoring

The Peer Tutoring Program at the Student Success Center provides free peer-facilitated study sessions led by qualified and trained undergraduate tutors who have previously taken and excelled in the courses listed below. Sessions are open to all students who want to improve their understanding of the material, as well as their grades. Spring 2023

Free peer tutoring is available for the following School of Music courses: MUSC 115 & 117, MUSC 116 & 118, MUSC 216 & 218, and MUSC 353, 354 & 455.

Tutoring Hours

Wednesdays: 5-6 pm

Fridays: 2-3 pm

Drop in tutoring is available during the following hours:

Mondays: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Wednesdays: 11 am - 2 pm

Thursdays: 5-8 pm

All tutoring sessions will take place in Room 024.

Step-by-Step Appointment Sign-up Instructions

1. Go to www.sc.edu/success; Click “Make an Appointment” to access Tutor Trac
2. Log in using your USC username and password
3. Click Search Availability
4. Click Center and Choose Tutoring
5. Click on Section, select course
6. Click Search to see open times
7. Select your preferred time and date
8. Enter your phone number and then hit Save
